The latest and most comprehensive assessment of national competitiveness worldwide
11 November 2015 – Milan, Italy – A new resource has been added to the PM World Library related to Other Information. The new resource is titled “The Global Competitiveness Report 2015-2016”.
Published since 1979 by the World Economic Forum, the Report shows the rankings of various countries according to the Global Competitiveness Index (GCI). The GCI is composed by 12 pillars and provides a wide picture of the competitiveness landscape in 140 countries around the world at different stages of economic development. Economic agents, such as policymakers and businessmen, need to understand the complex and interrelated forces that drive productivity and competitiveness, at a time when world economy is evolving in a different way from the past ones. Program managers and executives in project-based organizations can also benefit from this knowledge.
