Many beaches around the world are in need to cleanup, repair and restoration. Beaches are damaged or polluted by abuse, overuse, harmful materials washing up on the shore and even industrial activities. Many small projects are launched by volunteers to clean local beaches; some larger efforts have also been undertaken. These efforts are all programs and projects. Here we will collect stories, news and information about some of those efforts and how project management can help.
