As in most industries, organizations and businesses operating in the hospitality industry have plenty of projects. Whether creating, opening or remodeling a hotel or restaurant, those projects need to be planned, financed, managed and completed like projects in most industries, but with the peculiar circumstances and conditions specific to hospitality.
