Access to new resource related to Legal Project Management added to PMWL

5 October 2017 – New York, USA – Access to a new resource has been added to the PM World Library related to project management in the legal field. The new resource is titled “Legal Project Management from the Inside: 10 Things Law Firm Leaders Need to Know about Implementing Legal Project Management”; and was published in Law Practice Today and authored by Sheri Palomaki and Felice Wagner.
The resource gives quick and easy suggestions for a first implementation of project management techniques in the life of a law firm. Its aim is to help legal practitioners to enter the world of project management, and give them a sense of the spirit with which a lawyer should embrace the implementation of this science.
