Resource related to arbitration management added to PMWL

8 August 2017 – Vienna, Austria – Access to a new resource has been added to the PM World Library related to project management in the legal field. The new resource is titled “Effective Management of Arbitration: A Guide for In-House Counsel and Other Party Representatives”. It was published by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
This guide gives practical advice to party representatives on the management of arbitration proceedings. Printed in 2017, the ICC provides a guide as to the possible alternatives to settle disputes, and provides tips and dos and don’ts of ICC arbitration. Such a guide is particularly useful for becoming more familiar with ICC proceedings and arbitration in general.
