Access to new resource related to Leadership and Project Success Factors added to PMWL

17 June 2018 – Southampton, UK – Access to a new resource has been added to the PM World Library (PMWL) related to Leadership and Success Factors in Project Management. The new resource is titled “Leadership Style As A Success Factor in Projects”, a paper by Turner and Müller and published in 2005 in the Project Management Journal.

In this study, The leadership styles were evaluated by the authors in terms of the schools of the styles, development process of the styles and features of the styles. The authors aimed to illustrate how people can be effective leaders. Moreover What kind of factors that people should consider for learning to be effective leaders. Furthermore, The authors revealed that an effective leader has a huge impact on the success of projects.
