Access to new resource related to project management in the legal field added to PMWL

23 August 2017 – Milan, Italy – Access to a new resource has been added to the PM World Library related to project management in the legal field. The new resource is titled “Litigation Risk Management and Alternative Dispute Resolution”; and was originally published in Dispute Resolution, of the ABA Special Committee on Dispute Resolution, authored by Bruce L. Beron. This article was later republished in http://litigationriskmanagement.com.
This article considers different variables of risk management in alternative dispute resolution (ADR), with a bird’s eye view of ADR’s different components. The different techniques of legal risk management illustrated, according to the author, may be used by sophisticated parties, and are provided not to plan the outcome of a case per se, but to manage it according to the possible evolution and stage of the ADR process.
