Access to ICC Commission report related to arbitration management added to PMWL

2 August 2017 – Vienna, Austria – Access to a new resource has been added to the PM World Library related to project management in the legal field. The new resource is an ICC Commission Report entitled “Managing E-Document Production”. It was published by the International Chamber of Commerce.
This report aims at ensuring effective case management in arbitration, and has been drafted to help all stakeholders involved in treating e document production. It does not give specific rules on the production of electronic documents, but gives advice on how electronic documents may be handled, in addition to describing the characteristics of e-documents that may impact in the case management. The Report was published in 2012.
