27 May 2018 – Mumbai, India – Access to a new resource has been added to the PM World Library on the subject of lessons learned in project management. The new resource is titled “Post-Implementation Reviews” and is an article in the Toolkit section of the Mindtools.com website.
A Post-Implementation Review (PIR) serves as a path towards success by ensuring continuous improvement. This can be achieved by delivering the objectives and addressing specific business needs. The objective of the PIR is to reflect post the completion of the project from all perspectives. A forward-looking review would help discover strategies for improvement. This article by MindTools, simplifies the process of Post-Implementation and serves as a good guide that can just be put into implementation.
