Cooke-Davies and Andrew Arzymanow published in the International Journal of Project Management, 2002.
The study was initiated with a view to find an optimum project management model. Six industries were selected to record variations in project management practices and this was done through 31 in-depth interviews with project management practitioners (subject matter experts) in 21 organizations. The organizations included the following sectors; big and medium pharma, telecommunications, construction, defense, financial services and petrochemical industries.
