Access to new resource related to supply chain management added to PM World Library

9 April 2018 – Mumbai, India – Access to a new resource has been added to the PM World Library on the subject of Supply Chain Management. The new resource is titled “The Impact of Supply Chain Agility on Business Performance in a High-Level Customization Environment”. Resource is a paper by Juneho Um, published in Operations Research Management journal in June 2017.
Juneho Um in this study proposes to answer the following questions: 1) What is the association between supply chain agility and business performance in real industries? 2) How can business and financial performance be improved by agility in high-level customization environments? 3) What are the relationships between supply chain agility and other supporting strategic focuses in high-level customization environments, such as customer service and differentiation?
This study offers extended theoretical and managerial implications for adopting agile supply chain approaches to improve business performance by achieving customer service and differentiation in high-level customized environment.
