Access to new resource related to Project Success Factors added to PMWL

12 June 2018 – Southampton, UK – Access to a new resource has been added to the PM World Library (PMWL) related to Project Success Factors The new resource is titled “Nature of Project Management: A Reflection on The Anatomy of Major Projects by Morris and Hough”, a paper by Dalcher Darren published in the International Journal of Managing Projects in Business in September 2012.

The author aimed to answer some questions in this study respectively,1) What are the fundamental elements of projects? 2) What factors have huge impacts on project success? 3) How can people divide into groups logically to the critical factors that have important effects on project success or failure?

The author investigated a book namely ‘the Anatomy of Major Projects’ by Morris and Hough and he did this study based on this book and case studies that involved in the stages of the book.
