New resource related to project management in legal field added to PMWL

30 October 2017 – Milan, Italy – Access to a new resource has been added to the PM World Library related to project management in the legal field. The new resource consists in a description of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law.

The United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) is one of the most prominent institutions working in the harmonization of international trade law. Its sessions take place once a year in Vienna or New York. Currently, six working groups have been established to perform preparatory work for subsequent discussion and approval from the Commission. UNCITRAL, in addition to formulating harmonized rules, provides also technical assistance, informative material on case law on the application of its instruments, and practical guidelines.
