Free access to the PM World Library (PMWL) is offered to qualified scholars who are conducting research on program or project management topics, especially research aimed at solving regional or global problems, who agree to post their research results in the PMWL and to help increase/enhance the resources in the library related to her or his research topics. Candidates are expected to be PhD level graduate students, those recently granted PhD or doctoral degrees and engaged in post-graduate research, or full or part-time professors of project management.
