Valeria Rodriguez is CEO of Paradigma Software S.R.L., generating business for her own company, providing clients with quality consulting services and technology assistance with emphasis on business. She manages projects, develops and implements PMO's (Project management Offices), assists and advises companies in the so-called digital transformation, which marks the technological strategic direction that supports the evolution of business; accompanying management of change and strengthening the potential of their human capital.
Active in the local profesional community, she is Past President and volunteer Member of the PMI® Asuncion chapter. She is former Director of IT and Communications for the Presidency of the Republic of Paraguay; former Director of the first Microsoft® Learning Center in Asunción - Paraguay (Microsoft Technical Education Center – Learning Solutions), Instituto San Ignacio de Loyola; former Member of Comité Gral. del Proyecto de Implementación de Procesos de Negocios en el Instituto de Previsión Social. Former TI Advisor of the Consejo de Administración del IPS.
She has experience as a project manager with several international frameworks including: PMBOK®, Metodologías Agiles, Cobit®, ITIL, ISO 270001, SCRUM and others. She is a Business Process Analyst –DOMP® Methodology, (Tadeu Cruz, Prof. M.Sc) (International certification) and a specialist in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems. Avowed as Most Valuable Professional, Microsoft MVP in Microsoft® SQL Server™ 9 years in a row. Award by Microsoft®.
